TU/e's Vision on CBL
TU/e’s mission on the education of the future is to:
- educate responsible engineers of the future who are prepared to take on important societal, technical and scientific challenges; and
- offer high-quality education that is authentic and flexible and can be adapted and improved to meet the challenges of a quickly changing world.
Challenge-Based Learning is an integral part of TU/e's educational vision. TU/e wants to provide students with a rich on-campus learning environment that is authentic and activates students by creating curiosity and stimulating collaboration. To enable deep and meaningful learning, students need to be able to integrate and apply knowledge and skills to solve authentic and open-ended challenges.
